Charles is a brazilian, and living in Minnesota for years he noticed that there was nothing but Brazilian Churrasco places for all those that wanted to eat brazilian food or to even try it for the first time. Seeing that gap, he used his passion for food to create Little Brazil MN and providing Minnesotans a vibrant, fresh and flavorful brazilian experience for your every day meals.
He is committed to providing an authentic Brazilian dining experience, where locals and visitors alike can savor the delectable tastes and immerse themselves in the cultural ambiance. Charles's passion for Brazilian cuisine, coupled with his engineering background, enables him to bring meticulous attention to detail in recreating traditional dishes while ensuring a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.
